If you have signed up before the 25th of the month you will receive a mail out for the current month generally sent out in the last week. If you signed upon the 26th or after, you will receive a mail out for the following month.

E.G.

• Jack signs up on the 13th of June, his package is posted out in the final week of June.
• Jill signs up on the 26th of June, her package is posted out in the final week of July.

This means that I know exactly how much fabric to buy in advance and cuts down on excess so as to keep costs low so I can pass them onto you.

• If you signed up for the recurring monthly subscription you will be contacted after twelve months to see if you want to continue.
• If you bought the six month package then you will be contacted after six months to see if you want to continue.
• If you bought the one time surprise mail out then I will not be contacting you, but feel free to come back and buy a subscription!
