Although sometimes it feels like it, I’m sure I’m not the only one with a feral kid who will flat out not behave in a restaurant, we take along colouring pencils, books and cars and that will amuse him for the first five minutes, but after that he’s kicking his little brother’s chair and moaning about how hungry he is.
I’m hoping this naughts and crosses board from Julie of Jaybird quilts can cure some of that boredom, or maybe stretch out the five minutes of peace into a blissful ten minutes!
