The Oz Material Girls started 5 years ago this October, when mother and daughter team, Louise and Judy decided to sell some of Judy’s fabric stash as she was running out of room in her home. Some of my favourites include this fabulous Rock N Roll inspired print featuring poodle skirts, a very colourful owl print,this abstract print which would look amazing on a canvas as wall art and my absolute favourite is this vintage tattoo print from Alexander Henry’s skin collection, which is now almost impossible to find in stock anywhere.

Not to be left out of anything, the boys decided to get in on the action, my husband apparently can’t go past a Yoda fabric without getting all excited, my almost three year old fell in love with this dinosaur print, my one year old was just completely bemused at being held up to the laptop, but his favourite colour is red, so I figure I couldn’t go wrong with this owl print by Saffron Craig. The feotus didn’t seem too fussed about anything, but we’re thinking pink, so lets say that s/he would go for this Moda monkey print from Erin Michaels.
