Here in Canada… this is a very common print on flannel. I would probably use it as the center panel of a baby or little boys blankie. You could trim it out with co-ordinating fabric. Minky or flannel on the back would be lovely for cuddling.

a bear shaped pillow! instead of making a pillow case, cut out the outline of one of the bears, cut a backing piece, sew, stuff. you could do it with the 4 or 5 bear configurations there on the fabric and have a whole bear pillow family

You could stretch it over a canvas frame and use it as a picture/wall hanging.

Kid’s PJ top, if you have enough for shorts – use a pale blue plain to stretch, and then add some white fluffy snow trim and penguin-shaped buttons!

Pillow case for a small childs pillow, maybe with a hem of white or blue to match. My children had small bed pillows the size of an airplane pillow when they were young and we made special pillow cases for them that could be changed and washed.
