This morning whilst wandering around the Lincraft website (yay for vouchers!) I stumbled on these, multifunction scissors. The blue ones include a retractable craft knife in one of the blades, the red ones include a tapemeasure snuck into the handles. I’m very torn on these, part of me is thinking that it’s an awesome multitasker that would make the folks over at Unclutterer proud, the other part of me thinks that, as someone who is notorious for forgetting where I put something down, this is a gaurenteed way to lose both of my most used crafting tools in one go. I remain undecided.
So, give me your thoughts…

Don’t think so, they look uncomfortable if you have to use them for a couple of hours. My hands need comfortable ones, and if you need the tape and the scissors at the same time…then what?
I voted not, but not because of your concern, but more for the fact that I would probably hurt myself on the scissors while trying to use the tape measure or cut myself on the exacto knife while using the scissors!
A craft knive in a pair of scissors is just not practical and could be dangerous. Dumb!
I agree, these things look scary! How are you supposed to hold the thing while using the measuring tape and or exacto knife? Gives me the heebee geebees!
I wouldnt mind the scissors with a tape in them on my desk at work… but at home i like my old tape measure and my super comfy scissors.
