It’s been a sad couple of weeks in the world of Aussie Memes! Within a few days of each other both Angela of Three Buttons and Kirsty of KooToYoo announced that they were bringing their respective Memes to a close. I’d never played On My Desk, mainly because I can barely find my sewing machine on it, let alone take beautiful photos of what I was working on like the other players, and I was only two posts into This Is when Angela brought it to and end.
What is a girl to do?
Well after an initial urge to begin “This is… My Desk”! I thought back to my primary school days, the Friday afternoons where classmates that chose to brought something in from home and told the class how about it, something that made them happy, a pet (apparently nothing excites a class of five year olds more than bringing in a standard poodle twice the size of most of them!) or spoke about someone they admired.
So I bring you a Thursday regular on CraftBlog, “Show and Tell”, let me know you’re playing by commenting on this post and I shall add you to the list of players, there’s no obligation to do it every week so no pressure! Just a nice little prompt if your blogging brain is feeling a bit dry on inspiration. Once you’ve made your post leave a comment on a trackback on the prompt post so other people can check out your answer, and don’t forget to have a browse through the other answers, you might find some new blogs to read
I’ll be looking to the players for inspiration on weekly themes, if you have a fab idea just use the contact form to let me know about it, don’t forget to mention your blog url so I can give you credit.
This weeks Show and Tell Theme is from Dan of *This is not the blog your looking for* is New Beginnings, interpret as you wish, new life, a new project, a fresh start, the floor is all yours
If you would like to add the S&T button to your site, please copy and paste the following code…

Who’s in?
ETA: Haha, I just clicked on a link from a referrer in my stats, clicked on a link to another blog and then to another and the blogger was taking part in “Show n Tell Thursdays”. Hmmm, maybe I wasn’t as original as I thought! I still like the idea though, so instead of doing away with it completely prompt post will be made on Sundays so your feed readers aren’t totally over run with similar posts. That doesn’t mean you have to post them on Sunday, just whenever you get a chance in the following week
