Rock Out With Softie Guitars

These awesome softies are from a pair of London Based Craftsters “The Grateful Thread”, not only do they have one of the best names I’ve ever heard in the crafting world, they have completely inspired designs to go with it! I can see everyone from toddlers to hardcore music heads falling in love with their plush guitars.

Nicolas Worth and Jami Gigot are the brains behind these designs and many more, they are inspired by their “love of music and monsters under our bed”.

You can find the guitars, and other designs, including monster softies and jewellery made from re purposed vinyl records, at The Grateful Thread Etsy store.

And if you want to keep track of new designs and keep an eye on any new developments, The Grateful Thread Blog is the place to be.

  2. I just popped over for a look see (following a link from Aussie Bloggers Forums) and I just had to comment to say how much I love the look of this blog and what a cool idea it is! So many totally cool crafty people here in Australia, this is sure to be a huge success! I am a digi scrapper and designer and I a do lots of ‘kids crafts’ (I have four year old twins)- but I wish I was more crafty with other things so hopefully you might inspire me!
